The Interior Office Fit-Up for Intelligent Engineering’s new Ottawa technical office is located on the 3rd floor of Your Credit Union’s building. This project represents an expansion of Erskine Dredge & Associates Architects Inc. comprehensive renovation of this building. As leader’s in maritime and civil engineering construction technologies, Intelligent Engineering were looking for contemporary yet sustainable design solutions for their new work space. With this in mind, movable and demountable office wall systems were utilized for their ease of installation and efficient use of material (ie. minimizing typical construction waste).
