Description:
The Codes Mill Inn & Spa is a 5 storey boutique hotel, located in downtown Perth, ON., adjacent to the historic Stewart Park. This project was awarded the 2007 Ontario Concrete Award for it’s innovative use of ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) construction. The development included the conversion of a heritage home into 7 guest suites and a new building with 67 contemporary suites ranging in size from 365 to 1,000 square feet. Corner suites can be further subdivided into separate units and ground floor suites were specially designed for guests with allergies and chemical sensitivities. Amenities include reception and meeting facilities, a world-class day spa, food services, wine cellar and tasting room and in-house laundry. With it’s outdoor terrace and exceptional landscaping seamlessly blending into Stewart Park, the hotel has quickly become a favoured wedding reception location.
