The Interior Office Fit-Up for Trinity Development Group’s new Ottawa office is located on the 4th floor of 359 Kent St., formerly known as the “Legion Building”. As leaders in the planning, developing and leasing of retail properties across Canada, having a considered corporate image for their own offices is a given. Serving as a backdrop to the client’s extensive art collection, it was essential that the interior palette reflected a sophisticated restraint, a definite nod to the modernist idiom. Subtle hues of white and rich wood panels are layered against one another and highlighted by carefully placed lighting fixtures throughout these corporate headquarters.
